if the top off the boxes have the same fitments and the bottoms can locate the same way iff cut down then probably
if you can get spares or can afford to possibly loose a rack then you can try it
keeping in mind iff you cannot affix at the bottom off the box you have the option off a say 5mm ply base plate inside to "hold" the bottom in place

Just drill a timber full of holes and fix to inner .
