Hello all. I have a problem with my combi boiler in that I can get no water, (hot or cold) from my hot water taps. I have a e.l.m. leblanc boiler, which I believe is the same group as Bosch. The boiler itself is probably about 10 years old now and originally ran a central heating system until all of the radiators were removed due to the high cost of running them. All was working fine until today when the hot taps refused to give water of any description and the boiler pressure dropped to zero. I have reset the pressure to the advised 1.5 bar and still no joy. Does anyone have any ideas what the problem could be as I really don't want to have to pay an engineer 80+ Euro's to come out for 5 minutes work. Many thanks in anticipation.

No water at all from the taps? I would suggest you check the cold supply to the property and the cold supply to the boiler.

Tight git removed the rads, never had it serviced I guess? You would be lucky if it's just 80 euros and doubt it's five mins work.
