The swastika or sauwastika respectively is a geometrical figure and an ancient religious icon in the cultures of Eurasia. It is used as a symbol of divinity and spirituality in Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism. Was adopted and adapred by the Nazis.


So depending on this young lads intelligence he may get away with it on a technicality. I believe if it's left facing it would be considered Hindu
