Sorry i lost the link, Police woman made a brief text/call before killing another person with a vehicle will not be charged as the prosecution could not prove her driving was below par.....

Remember that next time you kill someone driving whilst on the dog.

I'm sure there would be a camera . Even if police locate one- I would bet a penny to a piece of shirt- the film,disc would go missing .
