I would have glanded my MI into a galv coupler, bushed to the galv backbox with a brass bush and serated washer.......and probably used a 35mm box too ;) Space Space Space ;)

Nice neat job though - I would expect nothing less!

Good to see you using the programmable outputs of the texecom kit!

Harsh environment? Have a word with yourself

Lectrician, I normally do that. Not sure why I didn't on this one really :?:

Look, I really do

I must say RF this is the sort of quality install you would expect from an electrician in his own home. Nice work. :D
Why pyro and not T+E in conduit, Surely it would be easier to terminate? and install.
I did notice in your top pic however it drifted out of the expected zone. Or does the copper sheath on the pyro (protection) eliminate it from enquires?
I am not an electrician so be gentle with me.......
I am ready for the fireworks.
PS only you would do the dream of installing individual RCD sockets in a garage where every circuit is critical. :D

MI can be run out of zone quite happily.

Good to see you usually use a coupler RF ;)

Pyro is the best cable in the world (ever). I wouldn't dream of using anything else.

Pyro is exempt from safe zones, but it does actually stay in zone due to the key switch above, which you can't see.

You'll need a conduit bender etc to work with metal conduit, these cost a fair few ££s as does the conduit!
If you installed conduit you don't need to use twin and earth cable, use conduit singles.
Pyro can be installed outside of the safe zones, it would still be a good idea to know where it is tho.

Yup, although pyro needs specialist tools too.

Nice to see proper clips used.

Did you use brass screws and "dress" the heads

How did you mark the cores, a bit of brown and blue over sleeving looks nice, not that you would see it anyway.
