Not so much a disaster….more of a shock.

    Had a fern tree in the garden which needed cutting down recently. I’ve cut similar tress down before without much of a problem, so didn’t expect this one to be any different.

    Anyhow, two worn out saws later I found out why it wasn’t so straightforward. Yes, it’s a two inch metal pole inside the truck!

    Think I’m forgiven for not seeing that one coming :)

    I know some of these lycra louts are pretty arrogant riders, but that one must have been going some.
