The Government implemented the policy using the wrong legal justification and has revised the policy shortly before the High Court hearing and will not appeal this judgement.
The HO should get better legal advice and this judgement will not stop rough sleepers from being deported - which if they are breaking the law and EU legislation then they should be deported.
