Nvidia Enterprise value is touching $500bn - that's eyewatering for a Tanking company...

That ship has sailed, investors are not put off by the added scrutiny as they know the takeover won't be stopped.

If we really cared about strategic assets we wouldn't have privatised so many industries.

I think the biggest issue is that currently they are independent and sell there designs to pretty much all other chip makers.

If Nvidia purchase them that would give them a possible monopoly and could refuse to sell chips to anyone they like.

The valuation is crazy when you compare them to intel, but demand for GPUs is incredibly high.
