Off-peak supply not turning on?

Thank you for letting us all know. Nearly two years to get it fixed, no wonder some people don't want smart meters.

I did in the end get my smart meter fitted, it was in by end of Jan 24, we got an off-peak tariff, but nearly 14 months latter and still not being paid for export, moved from British Gas to Octopus once contract ended, and two weeks latter all sorted, seems a new MPAN number had not been assigned.
