Offering Finance

Hi all,
have been asked in the past by customers if they can pay monthly. The cheapest building ever done was £1100 and most £86,000 so are there any companies offering finance for business owners and are there charges?

had company asking me to offer finace recently
but not followed up on it as i was busy at the time

I would have thought it was the customer's responsibility to arrange his own finance - overdraft, bank loan, second mortgage etc.

not everyone thinks like that and sometimes can't source mainstream finance.
Your best bet is to offer this through a third party provider, with you not only being the product provider , but also the finance company's agent with you taking a commision too.

First National used to do a retail package you sign up to. You took your laptop into the customers house and applied there and then for an instant decision.

Customer signs the documents and hey presto. We used to do this years ago but stopped selling finance because we were sometimes waiting up to 60 days for the cheque from first Nat.
