Its more that, if not done properly, there can be stray ends of fuse wire poking out from the end of the terminal on the ends of the fuse wire rewireable carrier. These will be live and can catch out the unwary.

The problem according to my friend is that the clock has started counting down and there isn't time to get second opinions, to challenge and report the first one, as the law says you have to fix the problems within x weeks?
