I know he’s doing his rug pose. But he’s not a sheep. Our cats have their own sheepskins, mrs filly works for a company that sells them amongst other things.

I am from Lancashire which is traditional whippet country and yet I haven't seen one for years.

OMG we couldn't have that happen. Brian is very timid. As I understand it the younger dog might bully him. Probably a bitch would be safer.

So you can’t have an intact male then.OMG we couldn't have that happen. Brian is very timid.

Stalin was a dog that we never got castrated, he was always bullying Brian and Brian hated him so we thought, but since him passing Brian has rapidly changed.,So you can’t have an intact male then.
I remember going for walks with my grandad and his whippet, we would go on this large open park and it used to tease the hell out of all the other big dogs, boxers, alsations, dobermans, but they could never catch it!I’m on my second whippet, love the breed. Fast,
So you already have another dog -- is that right. What about waiting and doting on him before you have another. What did you do with him on your 15 day cruise or do suits allow pets too -- you had a suite didn’t you - I cant rememberYes our concern too. Brian has never been on his own before so we are thinking he will like it. He seems lost now

My mother looked after the dogs, she moved into our house to look after them whilst we were away. We are giving Brian lots of attention but he is moping about and has changed all of his habbits, eating, sleeping and general well being. We would be happy to keep him on his own but he seems to be missing Stalin so muchSo you already have another dog -- is that right. What about waiting and doting on him before you have another. I had the same thoughts but we miss our little pal so much that the pain is too much to bare for us. We want a dog that needs a home and hopefully will come out of its shell and be well behaved through trust. My mate is a dog trainer and he has told us that we shouldn't worry as dogs can sense kindness and an abused dog can often turn out better than a pedigree, we will give it a shot.

How do they get on with your pigeons?

Coops, or larders?
There are still people keeping pigeons in wood-and-wire coops in the back yards of terraced houses! The fancying scene appears to be thriving.
