Reminds me of the 100 disposable cigarette lighters for £5 on ebay. Loads of folk bought them only to receive a box of matches, which in their defense they had made sure each box had 100 matches in. Nothing could be done, they weren't misrepresented and broke no trading standards rules.

Quite a good ruse I feel.
