Optima Compact wont set

Hello,
Got an optima compact which has been working fine for the last couple of years its been installed.
It wont allow me to set it to armed anymore, just gives a solid beep when I try to put the code in which usually sets it.

I was tidying the garage yesterday and could be something to do with that as there is a pir in there.
There is 3 pirs in total and they light up still when walking past them.
And 1 front door contact.

As it was trying to set it and getting frustrated i pressed 9999 and that was accepted, I quickly realised this must be engineer code so I pressed x and got out.

Yes tried it no change

Its the X button to reset isnt it? I have tried that and just get a beep which sounds like error.

Usually after alarm has gone off if I press that X twice I get a nice double beep and it clears everything back to normal.
