Outdoor socket vs wall wart

Anyone know of a double outdoor socket that is capable of accommodating a so-called wall wart, with the front cover closed?

Unfortunately the wall wart will be plugged in on a daily basis, as the appliance has to brought in when not in use.

It spells an opinion.

Most wall warts are not suitable for outdoor use, few have the IP rating necessary for safe outdoor use.

Also pulling a damp wall wart from a socket while standing on damp ground is not 100% safe.

Wall wart inside and cable through the wall to an ELV socket outside is a sensible way to solve the problem.

I've used the BG one that rsgaz posted a link for, i got mine through TLC as a special order item. The socket can be moved up and down too depending on which way the wall-wart goes which is a neat idea.

No, it is tacky. It always was, and it always will be.

So, BTW, is a flex with a plug on it.
