Outside Lighting Controllers

Hello Guys ( n gals )

I've just finished installing new brick lights into a dwarf wall on my new driveway, 6 of them, 8W mini flourescents and I have a bog standard 250watt quartz halogen over the garage, presently controlled on a dawn dusk PIR.

I want to wire them up on 2 zones, bricklights on one, quartz flood on the other and also be able to select manual on/off and select PIR and/or dawn dusk.

I'm an electrical engineer so no probs designing a one off piece of kit and a front end switch panel, but can anyone tell me if there are good kits available off the shelf that they can recommend?
