Sorry, but after 20 years doing general DIY and electrics, it would not be easy to wire lights up in series as you have done. I think you need to listen to PBOD who has given good advice.

Sorry, but after 20 years doing general DIY and electrics, it would not be easy to wire lights up in series as you have done. I think you need to listen to PBOD who has given good advice.
Wiring lamps in series instead of parallel is a very very basic error. You admit you do not have the knowledge and that admission is a good point in your favour.
The problem is you may make another basic error which will not be as obvious as the dim lamps were and may only be found when a far more serious effect occurs such as a fire or electric shock, maybe injury or fatality,
So please ask and learn before doing more electrical work.
