outside security light pir/manual function

I would like to fit an outside security halogen floodlight at the rear of my property after 2 consecutive break in attempts on my detached garage over 2 consecutive nights.
I would like to know if there are lights available where the pir function can be overided to a manual on/off function; that is, where one can opt between either function or method of switching the unit on and off.

TLC are a good place to start, plenty of options in here. Most units can be overriden for manual operation.
