Outside security light

Ive changed a bulb in an outside pir security light, which looks like this http://www.bdc.co.uk/lighting/security/lanterns/santos-m-scan-lantern-MM18015.html, about 2 hours ago, but now it wont go off as it should do after about a couple of minutes like it did before.

What do I need to do to fix it?

Could be stuck in 'override' mode. Switch it off, wait 30 seconds, switch on again.

Tried that. Even left it off for about an hour. Its not as if I pressed any switches on it to change it as it doesnt have any on there, only the round pir part on the bottom of the wall bracket.

Maybe when the old lamp failed, the current flow was sufficient to weld the PIR relay contacts shut?

So the bulb fusing would affect that part? I suppose I'd have to get a new light then?
