oven and hob

i am fitting a hob 6800wat, and oven 2400wat, with a 3 meter run of 6mm cable to a cooker switch then on to a junction box then split between both hob and oven,
woud it be ok to power Both of these on 32 amp fusewith a 63ma rcd

many thank for any help

i'm not an electrician but what i've learned off here i'd have said no, they will draw 38A so will trip the 32A and 6mm will be too small, go for 10mm

thats my opinion and hope an electrician can back up my theory
 
Go for 10mm, with a 40A MCB

Don't like the sounds of junction box...

See if you can hunt out a Cooker and Hob switch, I know they're available.
