So with a hob at 6.2kW and oven at 5kW is it ok to run them both from the same cooker connection plate with a fuse breaker b32

Yup. 11.2kW

Cooker diversity says: the first 10 A + 30% of remainder +5a for a socket outlet (if fitted)

So:
11200/230 = 48.69
38.69x0.3 = 11.61
10.0+11.61+5.0 = 26.61A

Even if you calculated them both separately you'd only get to 33.6A (including the socket) - if you don't have a socket on your cooker switch - no worries. If you do, just don't use it for the kettle whilst you're cooking christmas dinner!

As we can factor diversity in to cooking appliance circuits, as you will have seen by previous calc, that the circuit is suitable to have both these appliances connected. The diversity demand is a little over 26A, you have 6.0mm cable (current carrying capacity of 47A, I assume the cable is not routed within thermal insulation?).
You have circuit breaker rated at 32A, so everything thing sounds sweet!
You can purchase dual cooker outlet plates, that will accommodate both appliances.

To be fair, the question was "What size breaker is in the fuse board?"

And the answer was a variety.

What size breaker is in the fuse board?
as for the breaker size in the fuse box they all say 230/400v

Thanks to all that gave advice, the oven is fitted up and running :D
