Thats a fiarly common occurance.

I know a guy who works for the DNO purely fitting and removing those sleeves - It is a full time position!
 
yeah, i was wondering why they would have 2 pairs going to 1 property :confused:

Is it possibly three phase and neutral with a twisted quad running along the front or rear of the terrace to feed the houses in the terrace.

Chunky terminal blocks under the eves or over the front doors
 
Surely the clue as to why it is 3 phase is in the sign behind the van: "Your Pub is getting even better"...
