They'll be fine, those hangers are designed to carry a much greater load than a standard floor joist.

That's an interesting setup, I see the threaded bar linking the two joists, is there a timber packer between them to maintain the gap? Is that a double to support a stud wall above?

They're trimming joists for a chimney breast at the other end of the room. The gap is just due to one of them twisting a bit with age.
