I am in the middle of tiling my new bathroom and realised too late that the tiles I have bought do not have a glazed coloured edge. Has anyone used a tile paint to colour the exposed edges and if so what did you use and how effective was it. It has been suggested that I use plastic edging strip but I really don't like it's look.

Assuming you're emulsioning the surrounding walls, run a bead of decorators caulk along the edge, smooth it out with your finger and then emulsion it.
