Hi
I am supplying tiles for a fitter for bathroom
Part of the room will be half tile to about 1.3m

What is the current fashion or sensible choice regarding edging strips ?
Do I have to do them to finish it off?

Any other finishing option if not edging strips? I need a budget solution so special edging tiles are no-no.

Are strips required in the inner corner of the shower, for example, or are tiles just butted up to the other wall?

I have chosen white glazed ceramic tiles; the edge/backs are orange.

Thanks

No trims are required on shower internal corners - many trims are available that have a bullnose end to finish, with a securing strip that hides underneath the last tile.
I have had quite a success on a disappointing window reveal where the tile edge was rough no matter how carefully I cut them so I used 15mm aluminium angle, highly polished and lacquered to cap them. I used silicone to stick them in place so I can shift them if need be.
John :)
