It reminds me of a bit on Little Britain where the paperboy is being driven round in a limo.
We even have leafleters being driven if its a bit too cold for them.

I think its laziness as when did you last see thugs and bullies up at 7am.

The main gripe I have though is them not pushing the papers and leaflets all the way through so its obvious if you're away for the weekend and the house is empty.
