Hi,
Could you confirm which of the following requires certification for a bathroom:
1. Replace a ceiling light without changing the existing wiring.
2. Replace a light rose with a junction box in the loft, so that only a single cable is in the bathroom.
3. Disconnect an all in one light/shaver socket and conenct downlights to the same cable without extending the existing wiring.

1) Doesn't really require any certificate, but if you wanted one then a MWC (Minor electrical installation Works Certificate) would be appropriate. As it is a like for like and you are not altering the fixed wiring in a special location then it is non-notifiable.
2) MWC, notifiable to the LABC under part p as you are adding to the fixed wiring in a special location.
3) MWC, notifiable as you are still adding to a lighting circuit in a special location.
