Now that part p is on us ( Yes Your Honour , I swear blind it was all done on the 31st Nov '04 ) are we still able to have isolating switches fitted as this implies "homework" will be done !
Any suggestions as to who my regional area supplier is (not the biller) would be appreciated. In Redditch, Worc's. 15 miles south of Brum,. I phone our bill holder but they say no can do but don't tell me who to phone (sick of tripping over cables in the outhouse waiting to connect new c.u.)

My D.N.O. got back to me today with a contact name and tel no.
Can be done for a very reasonable £35 +vat. not as reasonable as I had hoped for, as in free !!!, but still reasonable.
