Periodic Report quote

I've been asked to carry out a periodic report for a customer, I've done a couple at work with a collegue but never priced one up, I dont want to rip them off as there may be potentional work but I dont want to price to low, would £390 be acceptable or way to much?

unless it is a very large house, that would come down to somewhere between 50 and 80 quid an hour. That is most certainly not underpriced in my book.

For the average 3 bed semi I've seen quotes as low as £150.00 and as high as £270.00+vat and we charge £ 195.00 +VAT if it's within a 20mile radius of our office.

I know of at least one company that offers bronze, silver and gold PIR's but apart from the price (gold is £720.00!) I don't know what actual difference is between them all. A PIR shouldn't be invasive so maybe they do a full written report for the extra money, who knows.
