Interestingly, a T-bone is two steaks in one. On one side is the sirloin, and on the other is the fillet. A lamb loin chop is the lamb equivalent of a miniature T-bone steak.

What it is about Gammon is that Gammon is pink and pink is a colour.

Yet black isn't a colour but I hear people who are black claiming to be a person of colour.

Yet Gammon is a colour and is associated with white.

That been said ,white isnt a colour either.
