Phew, I got away with it again!

Exactly.

We tried so many different steaks and joints.

Yummy yummy.
I had a skirt steak in an Argentinian restaurant a few years back.

Probably in my 10 ten meals of all time. No1 was trio of lamb. It ruined any other lamb dish on going.

Argentinian steak is amongst the best.

Australian steak is good. But never understood how or why.
Not always but I see cows in fields full of dust.

Maybe it was because they would walk them miles to find green pasture.

I read somewhere that while a lot of cattle are grass fed. in the drier areas they feed them on grain and 'supplements', be interesting to know what the difference to the quality of the meat would be.

They always say that grain fed beef has a richer flavour. I don't know what that means in practice. Maybe more marbling.

I hadn't realised they did that. But I've just been Googling it. Very interesting.

Morrisons are doing Australian steak at the moment as well. It does have a more "beefy" taste
