The tails into the bottom of the four pole isolator look like they may enter through different holes??

Why is it four pole? Has someone linked the L and N on the top of that 4 pole switch??

Like all the spare newlec tungst-hal lamps

Why two RCD's in the CU?? how is the board split??

Lectrician, you're right the tails enter through different holes in the two way board, and the four pole isolator.
