Thats one rusty CU!

Dont suppose you snapped any pics of the inside of it as you were running as fast as your legs could carry you?
 
I'll take a pic of inside for you tomorrow.

It is all being removed (cutout as well), and a nice shiny new TP head installed in another part of the property.

At the moment the board is just supplying some temporary site power.

The job is in North Yorkshire

And here is why you must NEVER remove cutout fuses.

As you can see, this fuse holder is missing a screw.

Trivial you may think, but as you start to withdraw the fuse, half the cover falls off, leaving this lot in your hand, still live

Oh and I found the main RCD doesn't work either :shock:
 
Pull it with both hands - one gripping L-R, the other pulling it out top and bottom. :wink:
