Pitched to Flat Roof Leak

Hi all, I have a loft flat which has a pitched to flat roof which leaks inside to the home whenever there is heavy rain.

Pictures attached. We had changed the slate tiles as a temporary solution previously, but the issue seems to continue. Any ideas - hugely appreciated.

if any of the images are after a repar images.. get a new roofer who knows how to fit cement fibre slate and doesn't have flash band in his van. its a mess and will leak forever
