Require a carport in the front wall like a cave and lowering the pavement ( hope it makes sense)
There's double yellow lines on the road.

Would this be planning permission??

Thanx

Yes for the carport.

Yes for the dropped kerb if the road is a "classified road" typically a main road, A or B.

Possibly for the hard standing.

Possibly for all the excavation.

You've hit the jackpot.

Will ther be any problems in regards to PP. The roof of the carport roof would be same level as the house or could be lower if it helps PP

Or will it be plain sailing??
Building regs could be a issue is retaining walls etc??

I doubt a typical carport on the front of that house would be acceptable to anyone.

The highways department will also have a big say.

You won't get your answers on here. You need to engage with a suitable professional and/or your council.
