Currently having an en-suite built which internally will be 3 walls of thermalite block and one wall 4x2 studwork.
The 3 walls will be drylined with 12.5mm plasterboard and adhesive and the studwork will have 12.5mm plasterboard screwed directly.
All walls will then be plastered and tiled.

Does this sound alright? Should anything be changed due to a shower cubicle being fitted which will use 3 walls (just a front sliding door).
Will general purpose plasterboard be up to the job? Would it need plastering before tiling?
