We've recently moved into a new house and I need to replace the kitchen extractor wall vent that is pictured below. The ones that I can find online (e.g. Screwfix) are 100mm and 150mm, but in this case the tube that goes through the wall has an exterior diameter of 140 mm and the vent which goes inside this tube has an external diameter of 131 mm. Can someone point me to where I can find a replacement given this dimension? Thanks.
