Yes, almost certainly Halolite, but the model number etc. is hard to read.

Those downlights are Halolite AU-DLL402.
The instructions say you twist to remove the glass lamp bezel it install/remove the bulb.
I wonder how Caz is getting on with it…….?

I'm in no real position to argue, but the last three digits on that label look more like "417" or "412" to me.
