Please Recommend a Shower Enclosure

Hi,
As subject. I'm looking for recommendations for a good quality 1200x800 glass shower enclosure. From my research, they vary greatly in price but I'm struggling to see the difference between costing £300 and £1000 - other than the name!

I've been out to a few suppliers and had a touch and feel. I think we'd like 8mm glass as they seem far more robust. Also, fairly keen on the "semi frameless" designs.

I've recently had a Merlyn series 8 fitted. Seems well designed and quality feel to hinges/seals. Delivered to the house and well packaged.
