Plug socket from Light circuit for low amp usage

I agree that the labeling is the most important thing for any socket as described above.
Indeed - and, as I mentioned before, if one wants even more certainty, one can use something like a cable tie to 'attach' the intended plug (or wallwart) to the socket - more as a 'token'/reminder than as a determined attempt to stop the plug/whatever being removed.

I did plug a 3kVA transformer into a loft socket once, and blew the 5A 3036 fuse...
