You need to get an independent GasSafe registered inspection of that gas pipe to the cooker. As well as the previous comments I believe there should be ( has to be ) a valve to turn of the gas to the bracket in the event that hose is damage and cannot be be removed or when the hose is remove the connection fails to self seal shut.
