Plumb tool for valves

I need to change over the rad valves on a modern rad, but my allen key spanner tool is too big. So i bought another one and this fits on some of the rads, but this is still too big for one set of valves.

Is there a universal tool i can buy or do i need to keep buying these rad spanners ?
