Plumbing bath into boiler condensate drain?

Hi
First time poster here. Looking to renovate old bathroom on 1st floor of 1950s semi and want to relocate bath to a different corner. Is it possible to plumb the bath drain into the condensate drain pipe fitted for a combi boiler? It's a 1.5 inch PVC pipe which runs out of the external wall and feeds into the existing drain. Pictures attached.

Hi,

I'm afraid that the condensate pipe is considered part of the boiler flue system and so can't be messed around with by a DIY'er.
That said, as long as the falls are correct, that hole could be suitable for a bath drain.
So maybe the question should be, can a condensate pipe empty into a bath drain!
And the answer is probably yes, but it must be installed/adapted by a Gas Safe fitter.

This must be decided by a Gas Safe Registered operative on site, who can refer to the relevant sources as he/she decides is appropriate. We have a "Combustion chamber" for GSR folk and do not support open discussion of gas matters in this part of the site.
