If you are running waste pipe internally below a suspended floor then you can use standard (abs/pvc) waste pipe. If you are going to bury it then it need s to be rated for underground.
Assuming that you can achieve the required falls then no issue with it being below floor. If you need to make any underfloor joints then use solvent weld fittings. Make sure that the pipework is supported and that you have access to clear any future blockages without needing to pull the floor up.
Do not use a macerator on kitchen waste - a box of warm, rotting food waste is not a great plan!
