Unfortunate but surely if you go camping in the wilds in a place where the local Governor has issued warnings about Bears then you are taking risks? A bit like camping in a wildlife reserve with hungry lions prowling.
Ahh but,,, only 5 people have been killed by polar bears in Svarlberg since the 1970's. You stand more chance of being killed going to the shops in Manchester or London.
Fair point though, polar bears are the only land mammal that will actively hunt humans.
