I know it's full of swans, geese, and their effusions so, discretion being the better part of valour, I dodged certain gastroenteritis and a frozen cardiac event, and nursed a hot beverage instead(y)

4 degrees C is a tad too cold for me (9 is plenty enough for my constitution, as I am aware of from my outdoor adventures) (y)

View on the return leg of our dog walk in the Peak District today. We got well lost and the wimmin were panicking as it was starting to get dark. We made it back with 10 minutes to spare.

As I'm on holiday at the moment it shouldn't go against me, and I wouldn't get sick pay so I'll let the wife do the feeding. LOL
