Does the 4x4 decal refer to the number of spaces he needs to park in?

I was sat in Tesco car park eating a sandwich, middle aged lady pulled into a space opposite, wheels slightly over the line , she shuffled back and forth for a few minutes and managed to get a wheel in 4 spaces, takes some doing

Saw a Lamborghini parked in a parent and child bay in Sainsbury’s this morning. Didn’t even have a front number plate on it. A woman came out, no child with her, started it up, sounded like the start grid of a F1 race, drove off.
