Hello,

All the lights on the control panel of my combi heater have gone out - mains, flame, low pressure system and lockout. If the pilot light needs restarting I would also appreciate info on that. The fuse is fine, so I've ruled that out as a cause.

What I'd like to know is can I sort this myself or am I looking at having to call in a plumber?

Regards,

Clint

If you have a manual, you could follow through the basic stages of the fault finding section. It's probably something simple - an overheat stat that needs resetting, a fuse gone on the boiler, a poor electrical connection. The checks you need to make are primarily electrical so you need to know how to safely check for live voltage.

Possible pcb faulty. The top left hand plug on pcb, burns out and will spark if the plug is wiggled.
p.s be careful as this can also cause a fire if not repaired
