Guys

I have an old Puma 100e which has performed well over the years without any of the usual problems.
It has now developed a problem on the hot water side were there is noise and bumping from the boiler.
I have checked the pump, and topped up both expansion vessels. The burner appears to modulate correctly.
Anybody got a circuit diagram for the control boards?

Any ideas?

cheers steve

You will only get an interconnection diagram.

You might as well just check to see why the DHW flow switch does not turn off immediately when a demand ceases.

Guys

I checked the DHW flow switch and it appears to work ok switching off at the end of demand. The central heating runs fine with no noise. I also checked the temp sensors and swopped them over but no change. I still get the noise when hot water runs after about 20 sec and then intermittantly during demand.

Cheers

Steve
