Came home to no hotwater or heating

Checked threeway valve - OK
Checked pump - OK
Wall thermostat - OK
Heating Controller - OK
Electric & water feed to pump - OK

Starting up from cold appears normal- after 30 mins boiler shuts down with only a steady red LED only showing on front panel

If I power the pump with a direct 240v feed, everything works normally.

My Suprema 30L had the same symptoms for a while and then it just blew the mains fuse. Replaced the PCB and now it is working fine. Seems to be a common problem with the Suprema range. Of course your fault may be different but it sounds similar. Check previous posts on this forum.

Turn the mains supply off, than on after a few seconds. Does the pump come on for about 3 seconds, with the red and green lights?

red light on then? Is it flashing?

If there's a demand and the green light isn't flashing slowly it points to the pcb.

Wot happens next?

Does it ALWAYS start from cold? Does it reset and go at all if you press the red button? Fan going ok?...
